Terms of Service
1. Services
Waseem Rather provides freelance link building and off-page SEO services, including but not limited to guest posting, niche edits, outreach campaign management and digital PR. Scope, deliverables and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
2. No Guaranteed Rankings
Search engine rankings are influenced by many factors outside our control. While we guarantee manual effort, transparent reporting and adherence to white hat practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic outcomes or a fixed number of backlinks unless explicitly stated in a signed proposal.
3. White Hat Commitment
All link building work is performed using manual, white hat methods. We do not use private blog networks, link farms, or any technique that violates Google's Webmaster Guidelines or equivalent search engine policies.
4. Payment Terms
Retainer and project-based engagements are invoiced according to the schedule agreed upon at the start of the engagement. Late payments may result in a pause of active outreach campaigns.
5. Cancellation
Monthly retainer engagements may be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice. Placements already secured or in progress at the time of cancellation will be completed or invoiced accordingly.
